Payment and Shipping policy

Overview
This Payment and Shipment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing payments and shipping for transactions conducted on Purrfect Cardhouse ("we," "our," "us") through our website, purrfectcardhouse.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from making a purchase.
1. Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and TNGO e-wallet. We reserve the right to introduce additional payment methods in the future to enhance customer convenience.
2. Currency
All transactions on the Site are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
3. Payment Confirmation
Orders will only be processed after full payment has been made. Payment confirmation will be sent via email from purrfectcardhouse@gmail.com or updated through your transaction history.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds for returned items, if eligible, will be issued in full. Cancellations, however, are subject to a 3% fee to cover the initial transaction processing fee for placed orders. For more details, please refer to our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.
5. Pending and Balance Payments
Pending payments will be automatically cancelled 24 hours after the order is placed. For pre-order and back-order items requiring a deposit, the balance payment must be made within 7 days of the product's arrival confirmation. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
6. Fraud Prevention
We implement preventive measures to identify and address suspicious orders, including contacting the customer via call or email for confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem fraudulent. For refunds or cancellations in such cases, please refer to the Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.
7. Shipping Coverage and Delivery Time
Shipping is limited to Malaysia. Delivery times are as follows:

Peninsular Malaysia: 3-7 business days

East Malaysia: 7-14 business days
8. Tracking Information
Selected courier services will not be explicitly listed within the policy but tracking links will be provided once your items have been shipped out.
9. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are charged as a flat rate and are excluded from product prices. The total amount, inclusive of shipping, will be displayed on the order confirmation page.
10. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers bear full responsibility for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Once the order is confirmed, shipping address changes will not be permitted to prevent fraudulent activities. Customers wishing to amend the shipping address must cancel the original order (subject to a 3% cancellation fee) and place a new order with the correct address.
11. Liability for Shipping Issues
Our liability for shipping ends at the moment the package is opened. Refunds or returns are only applicable for major damages or loss during transit, as detailed in the Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy. Video footage of the package opening is required for all claims. Without such evidence, we reserve the right to reject the claim.
12. Courier Policy
For issues arising from courier policies, including delays, damages, or loss caused by the courier or consumer, we hold no responsibility for resolving the matter. Customers are encouraged to liaise directly with the courier service.
13. Pre-Orders and Back-Orders
Pre-orders are available for select products listed on the Site. A deposit is required to confirm the order. Shipment is contingent upon product availability and arrival. For more details, please refer to Section 5 on pending and balance payments.
Back-orders follow the same process and payment methods as pre-orders. Please refer to Section 5 for detailed steps and processes.
14. Combined Orders
The only combination orders permitted are those consisting of ready-stock items and pre-order or back-order items. Such orders will be shipped once all items are available for dispatch. Customers are advised to place separate orders if they wish to receive ready-stock items earlier.
15. Bulk Orders
Currently, there are no special policies for bulk orders. Such policies may be introduced in the future based on customer demand.

17. Damage and Loss Policy
We only deal with major damages and loss of goods during transit. Minor issues, or those caused by courier services or the consumer, are not covered by this policy. Please refer to the Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy for more details.
18. Final Decision
We reserve the right to make the final decision on all cases submitted under this policy.
19. Customer Information Responsibility
Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information during checkout. We hold no responsibility for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer. For data privacy matters, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
20. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on the Site, and customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically for updates.
